I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is just perfect, surrounded by beautiful gardens and close to the lovely old town of Shanklin on this wonderful island. The rooms were cozy and had everything I needed, including a TV and en-suite shower. The service was exceptional, and I was greeted with a lovely welcome drink upon arrival. The dining experience was fantastic, with relaxing music playing and very tasty food cooked to order. However, the prices were a bit on the higher side for what was offered.
